OUR POLICIES

Dear Clients…

We are respectfully reminding / requesting your cooperation with the following company policies.

– Minimum 24 hrs notice to cancel / reschedule an appointment or fees may apply. No show appointments may be asked to prepay a deposit before booking another appointment.

– A special handling fee may apply for overly anxious or aggressive dogs. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse / stop service on any dog that is a risk to itself or ourselves.

– Dogs are to be picked up within 45 minutes of completion notice call/text or fees may apply.

– Please wait for our completion notice before returning for pickup.

– 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

– Any quote given before the groom is an estimate, your groom may be more expensive depending on coat condition & temperament / difficulty of groom.

– We are a very busy salon and cannot always answer the phone when working on pets. Please leave us a message, and we will return your call as soon as we can.

NOTE: No policies are without exceptions…please feel free to discuss your circumstances with us.
